The Terms of this Test Font License Agreement (Agreement) will apply between Notisnal and You (You, Your, Yours) if You download and use any of Notisnal Free Font Software (Demo Fonts).
Personal License
The Free Fonts may be used within Your organization only. You may use the Free Fonts to create test visualizations for presentation within Your company. You may present the Free Fonts through print, web, or mobile applications. You may install the Free Fonts on as many devices within Your organization as required to evaluate the Free Fonts. You may use the Free Fonts for as long as is required to make a decision on whether You will purchase the full license. You must not use the Free Fonts Presonal License for any commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, any consumer or customer-facing applications or presentations of the Font in the usual course of Your business, any commissions, or any sales which include the use of the Free Fonts.
You must not distribute the Free Fonts to any person, entity, or organization external to Your organization.
You must not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Test Fonts or the designs embodied therein.
Free Commercial
Ownership
By entering into this Agreement, You acknowledge Notisnal retains full ownership of the Free Fonts, and all intellectual property rights, including copyright, relating to the Test Fonts. This Agreement grants You a limited right to use the Test Fonts as per the permitted uses only.
Extended Commercial Use
If You wish to use the Free Fonts for commercial Extended purposes, You must contact Notisnal to purchase a separate license for the full version of the fonts.
If you’re an individual or a small studio or agency, then, this should be the best license for you. This license is not limited in time, it means that once you buy it, you can use it as long as you want. Of course, this license doesn’t allow re-distribution of the font in any form. Webfont licensing is also similar to the multi-user licensing system, but applies to the range of monthly page views. It can also be in conjunction with standard desktop licensing, as follows:
Licensing Notisnal fonts for eBooks is priced per publication, with an option to license for unlimited publications. The price per application is 2x base price. The unlimited application option is 10x base price. Please note that multi-user licensing still applies to the number of users, regardless of the number of publications being licensed.
Licensing Notisnal fonts for mobile application integration is priced per application, with an option to license for unlimited applications. The price per application is 10x base price. The unlimited mobile app option is 50x base price. Please note that multi-user licensing still applies to the number of users, regardless of the number of publications being licensed.
The broadcast license allows the full and unfettered usage of the typeface in live and recorded broadcasts, included stored or streamed content associated with 1 to 3 titles for a duration of time. You can usege the typeface for Video/Movies , TV/Motion Graphic, Unlimited Commercial Project.
Extended Licencing Notisnal fonts is more from standard license, This license is not limited in time, it means that once you buy it, you can use it as long as you want. The license include :
National Corporate license allows the full and unfettered usage of the typeface in 1 Corporate/Brand. This License is more from Extended license and the license is not limited in time, it means that once you buy it, you can use it as long as you want. There include :
